Paul Joslyn has worked on the sales side of the financial services profession for over 35 years having been a top salesman, Manager and Pensions & Sales Training Specialist. Paul specialised in the National Sales Development for the very successful AXA Sun Life Broker Services side and he spoke at over 1000 Conferences for Managers, the sales team including the Top producers of AXA UK and IFA’s in that 7 year period. He also helped coach and train many top salesmen and managers to obtain their targets.
Paul is the author of a book entitled "Going for Gold", plus a popular booklet called “The power of positive speaking” and is well known for his enthusiastic fun style not only in Financial Services but in all parts
of life. He also has a regular Inspirational slot on local Radio which gives him much joy even though an early morning slot!!.
His series of talks are based on his twenty seven years of speaking experience and the success he achieved in sales and life. He was also one of the Founder members of the UK Professional Speakers Association as he is keen on entertaining positive talks plus helping others do well on stage.
A Past President of the Life Insurance Association, awards include the Outstanding Service Award and the Gold Medal for Examination Success.
Paul is also qualified as a Chartered Financial Planner and has been awarded the Masters degree qualification.
